The first trip of 2006

Glenn Stahl and Myself went to his house in St Zenon on 12-29-05 to shakedown our machines and check out the area, To our surprise it was a virtual ghost town, Not sure why but it probably has to do with a lot of things, Poor exchange rate, High fuel costs, Snow in the US and also the boycott issue. but anyways the traffic was pretty thin.

The trails in around town were kind of snirty and in need of snow but the trail was well groomed to Matawin and also to Lac Du  Repos.

This is the new groomer that we saw at Repos, It is a brand new Catterpillar and it is HUGE,

The newly formed club in that area is responsible for the trails between Repo,Casey, Kanawata, Lac Beauregard, Manawan and the Dam by St Zenon.

The trails around Repo and Kanawata have a fair amount of snow and are in good riding condition.
